Borderlands Cosplay

The Artful Dodger is a talented artist and cosplayer in Brisbane who has gained reputation among fans with some of her other popular costumes such as Steampunk Ariel. I had the opportunity of working with Isobel in our studio environment to shoot for the next edition of London Anime & Manga magazine – MYM.

Fans of 2K Games’ Borderlands Series will recognize Dodgers costume as Athena; an NPC in The Secret Armory of General Knoxx and also a playable character in the game. Despite being one of the hottest summer days on record, lack of air conditioning and Isobel missing a few pieces from her finished outfit, the result came out a success.
